We offer bulk pricing in quantities of 25 or more. We will assemble each file system and ship it to you. This allows you to purchase the plastic file box or fire proof safe direct, saving you shipping and handling costs on these items. You will maintain your inventory supply in house, so they are readily available to clients.
As an alternative, purchase the file system in bulk and we will maintain the quantity at our distribution center. When you are ready to provide a client with the system, simply provide us with their name and mailing address and we will take care of the rest. This option is perfect for the virtual client.

Customize Your System
A one time set up fee will be included for all custom brand items. This fee will include inserting your camera ready logo, color scheme and broker dealer disclosure (if required for financial professionals) into all supporting documents provided within the system. A draft proof will be provided upon request for compliance submission purposes.
Also included for this fee is the set up of the file box,
file safe and folder logo stickers.When purchasing the Custom Set-up Fee and Design, allow 1-2
weeks for proof ready pieces that can be used to submit to your compliance department if needed.*Please note that although all content has been approved by
